Techniques

Barbara may use one or a combination of the following techniques:

TIME LINE THERAPY(tm). The client is guided along their time line to eliminate negative emotions (such as anger, fear, sadness-depression, etc) and to eliminate limiting decisions (such as "can't, should, must", etc). Clients are able to see the possible outcome of their changed decision along their future time line. With Time Line Therapy (tm) the client does not need to vocalize their experience to achieve benefit.





REGRESSION: Barbara believes the core of many unwanted reactions starts with a decision made that has produced unwanted results. The decision was probably the best one at a specific point in time and space. It could be in the persons own memory or carried from either parents genetic memory. However, part of the client, the unconscious, continues the reaction when a similare situation is faced.

In order to access the time of the original decision Barbara uses Active Mind Recall, using a bridge such as a mental image (usually words or sound), and emotion (such as anger or fear) and a somatic (such as pain, numbness or restriction) to connect the past with the present. With Active Mind Recall the conscious isi present to re-make the decision or reframe the experienceand change the programming for future actions.


HYPNOSIS: Hypnosis is used to reinforce consciously made decisions after neutralizing any unconscious resistance.

MEDITATION: Meditation and/or self-hypnosis is explained and taught to clients to help with stress reduction and relaxation. General well-being is increased as well as inspiration and health.
